AN EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM FOR THOSE NEW TO PARENTHOOD

Yamama — is an educational platform which provides valuable information to new parents and parents-to-be based exclusively on medical evidence.

Countless online articles on pregnancy and child development can be pretty overwhelming for new moms and dads. Our client was on a mission to make their life easier by gathering all valuable information on one platform.

Project Goals

To stand out as a reliable (the first in CIS region) source of information about family planning, pregnancy,  health and child development from birth to teenage.

Project’s Objectives:

• Easy and simple website navigation  
• Convenient website structure, so parents can have a quick access to needed information 
• Enhanced admin editor which enables submission of articles and texts in various formats
• Adaptive for all devices 
• Enabling website SEO tools to track its efficiency and ensure it is well found by search engines.

Frontend & Design

We decided to work around white, pink and blue colors as they are perfectly associated with the pregnancy, babies and parenting. The same color palette is used for all social media visuals.

We understand that new parents don’t have much time, therefore we tried to make browsing as convenient as possible. We came up with a simple and straightforward navigation panel on the home page, article preview option for quick search and social media buttons for each article.

Admin Features:

- Slider on the front page, any announcements or updates can 

   be well visible to the site visitors;

- Quick metadata customization;

- Facebook chat bot.

Results

Yamama project was delivered within 45 days. This custom made platform represents all individual requirements addressed by our client meeting his expectations and business goals.  Our cooperation with Yamama went on beyond web development, and we were assigned to promote the project on social media.
