Project Insight

YAMAMA CLUB is an educational platform which provides valuable information on pregnancy, maternity and child development based exclusively on a medical evidence. 

Yamama project’s mission: to provide reliable information about pregnancy, its planning and child development milestones from birth to adolescence, child education and health.

We started working on the project in May 2019, while the platform migrated to another CMS.

We had following in our disposal:

  • Website which required a lot of content adding work
  • Project pages on Facebook, Instagram and VK, however only Facebook page was managed consistently
  • Portfolio of articles for the website
  • Lack of strategy for consistent website promotion https://yamama.club/

Project objectives

Based on the project mission we have determined following project objectives:

  • improve brand awareness;
  • establish a dialogue with the targeted audience;
  • increase the number of social media subscribers;
  • comprehensive website promotion across the search engines;
  • generate organic traffic from search.

We have prioritized the tasks, focusing on the project’s Facebook page since it already had engaged audience.

Project Progress

We started with a comprehensive competitors analysis on social media. Our findings determined the content which attracts our targeted audience. Based on this same data and gathered focus group we collected semantics for the most popular topics. 

Moving forward we put together a content plan and a schedule for social media posts. Based on general user activity trends and our own analytical data we determined the timing for the posts. It was important to keep the audience informed about new articles added on the portal, such announcements were added to the content plan. This way we facilitated constant flow of additional traffic to the targeted pages.  

In order to create a unified brand image, our team worked with branded colors, fonts, graphic elements and logo. 

Regularly posted stories and a few ad campaigns on Facebook boosted the audience engagement and number of followers. 

A new social media strategy delivered excellent results within the same month it was launched.

Results

The number of our followers multiplied 7.5 times just in one month. It rose from 1547 in the beginning of July to 11 678 by the end of July.


There have been a significant progress of Facebook page performance: 

  • Total posts reach increased by 1998% 
  • Page views rose by 2944% 
  • 21255% more users liked the page

Aspirations

We aspire to engage with more audiences on social media through exciting collaborations and content shared through the Facebook Messenger. 

Our further brand promotion strategy includes project content optimization and attraction of referral traffic.
